weigh-in was held in Laughlin, Nevada, for the all-women’s card slated for
tomorrow night on the “A Ring of Their Own” card that will be at the
Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Laughlin. Weights: Elena Reid,
116 ¾,
Alicia Ashley,
116, Jenifer Salinas 120 ½, Heather Percival, 119 1/5,
Asa Sandell,
162, Yolanda Swindell, 165 ¾,
Shelly Burton,
154, and Akondayne Fountain, 153 ½.
The main event will feature “Baby Doll” Reid, 16-1-5, against New
York’s Alicia Ashley in an eight round bantamweight non-title fight. In
the co-feature, Shelley Burton, 6-1, will be fighting Akondayne
Fountain, 4-0, in a junior middleweight eight-rounder.
Other bouts on the
undercard include: Jenifer Salinas vs. Heather Percival; Asa Sandell vs.
Yolanda Swindell.
