Undefeated Prospects Headline Pro Boxing Show in Monterey
re: Press Release
October 5, 2005

(OCT 5) THE RIOT professional boxing series in Monterey will return to the Downtown Conference Center on Saturday, November 19th. Jerry Hoffman, owner of 12 Sports Productions plans to have another sellout at the 1500 seat Conference Center venue, following 9 years of sold out shows at The Hyatt.

Boxing fans will be treated to over 30 rounds of scheduled boxing with 10-0 Heavyweight George Garcia and 7-0 Flyweight Carina Moreno in Co-Main events. Other top undefeated prospects, Welterweight Enrique Gutierrez (7-0 Santa Rosa) and Featherweight Joel Santiago (5-0 Las Vegas) will be in separate bouts. Making a return to the ring after a 3 year layoff is Salinas' Jesus "Chuy" Rodriguez. The, Jr. Welterweight was 5-1 before his career stalled by a stint behind bars.

Ticket prices remain the same at $80. Ringside, $60. Preferred Reserve, and $40. Reserved seats. The only way to purchase is via Visa or Mastercard, by calling (831) 688-1604.

Opponents for our featured performers will be announced as contracts are signed. Thusfar, Julie Rubalcava (4-0 Garden Grove Ca.) will collide in a 8 rounder with Carina Moreno for the California State Title. It's quite possible that Ms. Moreno will enter the ring wearing the WBC World Title Belt, as she has a bout in Thailand for the Championship Oct. 26th.

Fans are advised to order tickets early with another sell out prior to show time anticipated. For more information, and ALL media credential requests, contact promoter/matchmaker Jerry Hoffman
at (831) 688-1604.
