Training at the Olympic Training
Center

This is the first women's team that the
USOC has allowed to train at the Olympic Training Center. We
will have been here for nine days, staying in the dorms and using the
cafeteria...The training is the same as the men's boxing teams that
are training here.
Every morning is running...one day is 3
miles and the next is interval training. I have been running with
the women as well. The altitude is something else! Some days the
boxers do plyometrics. Everyday the boxers work out in
the gym.
Also, we've had sparring,
nutrition...the sports psychologist has come a few times to work as
a group and one on one...and more. It has been a great camp. Next
stop is Argentina for the Pan American Championships.
