(MAY 25) On June 23rd, in Edmonton, Alberta Lisa "Bad
News" Brown and Jeannine Garside will bring an
early heatwave to town in their much anticipated rematch as "A
Ring of Their Own" arrives with the, " Women of Mass
Destruction" card.
| Garside, who is defending her
WIBA Super Bantamweight crown, stated the obvious about the
pending battle. "I expect Lisa to have vengeance for me, and to
want to take what I’ve got…the title. But it’s NOT gonna
happen." |

Lisa Brown is equally determined to reclaim her title and is
seeking redemption. "Bottom line---we all lose at some point,
even the best of the best lose and I give Jeannine all the
respect in the world. But I’m coming back to get my belt, and
when June 23 arrives, it will be a different story," Brown said.
"A Ring of Their Own" is the ONLY all women’s boxing series
