I'm sure you were grateful by the end of the fight that you allowed the 10oz. gloves! Anyway, I have fought my whole career in 8 oz Reyes that did a lot of damage to my hands. Later in my career I started demanding in ALL my fights 10 oz. gloves. It did not matter who I fought, I even demanded it with girls I knew I would stop with ease (just ask Shelby
Walker). And after fighting 52 fights I can assure if you can't knock someone out with 10 oz gloves you aren't going to do it with 8, especially not me.

By the way, I heard a LOT of rumors about your camp as well! And I was worried too! I know now they were not true. You were awesome to deal with as was Jelena and her entire team.

My only complaint was the Edmonton's one sided view of the fight and made up quotes. I did not interview with them after the fight nor did I say those things.

That aside, I had fun and so did my team : )
