(OCT 29) Due to this weekend's river
rising in Kinder, Louisiana, the fight card was postponed until next
week, on November 4th. Yvonne Reis was set to fight Valerie
Mahfood.
Bonnie Canino of Team Reis told WBAN, "I just wanted to informed you
that Yvonne has declined to box Valerie on Nov. 4 on the reschedule
boxing card that was originally scheduled to happen tonight Oct. 28.
in Kinder, Louisiana. Due to bad weather the card was rescheduled
for a week later. However, Yvonne cannot fight at that time since it
is within 30-days of her WIBF title fight in Kenya. She is scheduled
to box in Kenya against Latiticia Robinson December 2nd, and that
would be against the 30 day agreement. We hope to fight Valerie at a
later date, however."
