(SEPT 25) On September 21, 2007, in Merrillville. Indiana, “Merciless” Mary McGee TKO’d Willicia Moorehead 1:33 seconds of the first round. Moorehead is now 2-18-0. Look at that boxing technique of Moorehead in a Prior fight! That is called the "Claw" approach!   (Moorehead - right)

WBAN had received a press release on September 17, 2007,  just prior to McGee’s fight with Moorehead.

In that Press Release it stated the following: "The co-main event features the region's most popular fighter and #5 rated WBC female phenom "Merciless" Mary McGee (10-0, 5 KOs)."

McGee is amazingly described as a “Female Phenon”, ranked #5 with the WBC, and fighting the co-main on this card----But nowhere in the press release is a mention as to WHO she is fighting.

On September 18, 2007---just three days before her fight, WBAN emailed the person who had sent the release, asking them a very straight forward question, of who was McGee fighting. 

They responded to my email on September 19, 2007, now just two days before the fight, and said the following: “Our Matchmaker has not made us aware who he has. I will forward it to you once it is made available. Thank you!”

Guess what folks…Never got that email with the name of McGee's opponent.  By the way...that is a DOUBLE CHUCKLE for McGee vs. Moorehead---This was a REMATCH for the two.
