(DEC 15) WBAN has been notified today by
Layla McCarter's team that Cindy Serrano, of New York, has
stepped up to the challenge to fight tough veteran McCarter.
Team McCarter told WBAN, "This is to inform you that Cindy Serrano
of New York will replace Melissa Del Valle. We thank her camp
for stepping up and to make this fight possible. This will be a
great fight for 2008. Cindy has a pro record of 15-1 and she is a
great fighter."
They are certainly right on this point, this should be a very good
fight, and a nice start for the year 2008.
