Holm named Ring Magazine’s 2008
Female Fighter of Year for third consecutive year!

|
(FEB 19) Holly Holm, considered the
best pound for pound female fighter, has been named the 2008 Ring
Magazine Female Fighter of The Year. Holm has received the highest
honor in the sport in winning the prestigious awards by Ring
Magazine, considered the Bible of Boxing.
Manny Pacquiao received the 2008 Male
Fighter of the Year for the second year in a row; not bad company to
be side by side with.
Holm will be defending her WIBA with yet another challenge on June
5th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Details for the June fight will be
announced at a later date.
