(AUG 11) Last week, female world
boxing champion, Carina "La Reina" Moreno and her team consisting of
Rick Noble, Robert Terrence and Jerry Glover all graduated and got
their degrees from Roy Englebrecht's Fight Promoter University.
Special guests included, Richard
Schaefer and David Itskowitch of Golden Boy Promotions, UFC
referee Big John McCarthy, First Lady of Boxing Jackie Kallen,
Promoter Frank Espinoza with many more were in attendance.
Team Moreno has plans to bring Boxing and MMA shows to her
hometown of Watsonville California and the entire Santa Cruz
County.
"It's been tough getting fights so I'm going to try to promote
my own shows," said Moreno, "I believe the fans in my hometown
will come support me if I can provide them with a great show.
Robert Terrence and Jerry Glover will help out on the MMA side
as Rick Noble and I will handle the boxing end.
