(NOV 6) WBAN is pleased to
announce that on December 3, 2010, at the
Route 66 Casino and Hotel
in Albuquerque, New Mexico, multi-world champion Holly
Holm, will be fighting multi-world champion Ann Marie Saccurato,
for NOT only the IBA Junior welterweight belt----but the
independent WBAN junior welterweight belt.
Holm, 28-1-3 (8KO), is currently world ranked #1 with WBAN as a
junior welterweight, and Saccurato, 15-4-2 (6KO), is ranked #2
with WBAN in the lightweight division. Saccurato has fought as a
lightweight to the welterweight division.
The Holm-Saccurato fight is highly expected to be a "War" with
giving Saccurato the opportunity to revenge her loss against
Holm, when they fought in March of 2007, and Saccurato lost by a
10-round unanimous decision.
Sue TL Fox of WBAN will be ringside to present the belt to the
winner of this bout.

In addition to the women boxers, tough-hitting Victoria Cisneros
of New Mexico, will have her work cut out for her when she takes
on WBAN's belt holder and multi-world champion, Chevelle
Hallback of Florida. With both of these tremendous boxers who
are known for taking the fight "to" their opponent---it will
surely be a non-stop action-packed fight.
There will also be special guest Alex "The Bronx Bomber" Ramos,
Founder & President of the Retired Boxers Foundation at this
event. [More about the Retired Boxers Foundation]. The mission
of the Retired Boxers Foundation is to assist retired
professional boxers in the transition from their glorious days
in the ring to a dignified retirement. The Retired Boxers
Foundation was started by Ramos in 1998.
