Ashley to Face Hoy in Brooklyn On 1/13 Card
December 31, 2010

(DEC 31) NEW YORK  -  Alicia "Slick" Ashley of Brooklyn, NY will face the Crystal Hoy,  in the intriguing eight round main event of Maureen Shea's Pandora Promotions in association with Global Boxing Promotions' "Brooklyn Explosion" on Thursday, January 13th at the Masonic Temple in Brooklyn, NY.

The Jamaican-born Ashley (15-9-1,1 KO) was recently named the mandatory contender for the WBC Super Bantamweight title after the champion refused to face her again following a controversial decision the last time they fought. In Las Vegas, Nevada's Crystal Hoy (5-3-3, 2 KO), Ashley will face an in-your-face brawler intent on taking her opponent to the brink.

Also featured on the card will be Israeli fan favorite Eilon Kedem (11-4-4, 7 KO) in a six-round super bantamweight matchup, plus more!

Only 10 ringside tickets remain for "Brooklyn Explosion" and all tickets are moving fast.

The Masonic Temple is located at 317 Clemont Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.
