(DEC 7) On December 26, 2011,
there has been a proposed boxing card to take place at the Jean
Pierre Complex in Port of Spain. The tentative card is looking
to feature six female bouts on the card, in additions to Kirt
Sinnette, who will be defending his belt against Kwesi Jones.
There will also be some amateur bouts on the card.
They are planning to have the card on the same day (Dec. 26)
that Salandy fought her last fight before she was tragically
killed in January of 2009 in a vehicle accident.
Other names mentioned on the card, Ria Ramnarine, possibly
fighting Hollie Dunaway, and/or Cindy Amador, but this has not
been confirmed. Also, Lorissa Rivas was mentioned in the article
about this event in the Trinidad Express.
