(JULY 28)  On July 18th, and promoted by Chute Boxe, in a women's bout, It was the fight of the night, at the Pabellon Municipal, Valencia, Spain. Both women brought their best into the ring for an all-out eight-round battle at 152 lb.

Lauren said,  "My opponent was really both cool in style and much better than I expected.   Better than most probably think....it was one of my toughest fights."

The show was a benefit for Spain's Federation for Cystic Fibrosis. Reis also fought in honor of the untimely passing of a friend's son, Jayce Chattelle, 2.

Reis said, "I wanted to honor little Jayce, and let him know he is still with us wherever we go....traveling to Spain and fighting Lauren was a great opportunity and the experience made me a better fighter. It was an honor to fight the #1 world-ranked light-middleweight. She is a very tough, experienced fighter and I took a lot away from the experience. I thank her and her team for a great fight".
