Three OLYMPIC MEDALISTS
will be competing in Saturday's match-ups! Claressa Shields, the
2012 Olympic gold medalist in the middleweight division, will be
facing 2014 World Championships silver medalist Li Qian. Marlen
Esparza, the 2012 Olympic bronze medalist in the flyweight
division, will be boxing Cancan Ren, the 2012 Olympic flyweight
silver medalist, in an EXCITING rematch of their Olympic
semi-final bout! Mikaela Mayer, a 2016 Olympic hopeful in the
lightweight division, will also be competing on Saturday, taking
on Junhua Yin in a rematch.
World medalists and
experienced international competitors Christina Cruz
(bantamweight) and Franchon Crews (light heavyweight) will
return to international action on Saturday, while light
flyweight Maureeca Lambert, featherweight Ashleigh Moore, light
welterweight Nakarri Jones, and welterweight Samantha Kinchen
will all make their international debuts on Saturday!
