St. John vs. Olson fight is Doubtful!
January 1, 2004

(JAN 1) It looks like the Mia St. John vs. Eliza Olson world title fight that was to take place in Nigeria, is pretty much on the ropes!  Both of these boxers are extremely disappointed as they were looking forward to facing each other on January 10, 2004, on the card that is featuring Laila Ali in the main event.    Olson had gotten all of her shots so that she could enter the country, her Visa, her passport…you name it….she got it.  Both boxers were supposed to be paid half of their purse BEFORE going to Nigeria---neither received it.  WBAN will keeps boxing fans updated as more information becomes available.
