Duron Answers Rodriguez's Challenge!

  (APR 2) On April 1st, WBAN Received a Public Challenge by Team Wendy Rodriguez, and Mary Duron's team responded to that challenge!

Bob Davidson told WBAN the Following:  "I read Wendy's Message to all the world and spoke with Mary Duron and she asked me to respond! Mary and my first thought was that Wendy is just messing around because she is one of the most protected women boxers besides Vaia Zaganas----but if she is FOR REAL let's make this happen! We have been contacted to fight both Wendy and Vaia but for six-rounds only.   We are only interested in fighting for the belt's they hold! The reason being is that these are world-ranked fighters' and these fights should be championship fights! We feel that's what is keeping women's boxing pressed down is that the promoters just need a women's bout for there card and are trying to make top rank women fight four and six rounds. And they do not have the money to pay them much. That's like asking Shane to fight Winky for 8 rounds for 50,000.00 I don't think so! We would love to fight Wendy.  That would be a great fight if we could make it worth fighting for other then six rounds! So Wendy let's make this happen if you really mean it! Let's fight for your belt so the whole world can see if you can back up what you say, BECAUSE I DO NOT THINK YOU CAN! For the whole world to see! Mary Duron hopes to see you Wendy, or Vaia, If you have the guts!"
