(JUNE 10) On June 7, 2025, at the Caribe Royale Orlando, in Orlando, Florida,  Beatriz Ferreira, 134 1/2, won a ten-round unanimous decision over Maria Ines Ferreyra, 133. The two were fighting for the IBF World Lightweight title. The final judges scores were 99-91, 99-91, and 98-92.
