(JUNE 16) LAS VEGAS, Nev – The 2025 USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival will kick off today (Monday, June 16) at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event marks USA Boxing's second national event of the year and has already received record-breaking numbers for registration and participation.

The organization checked in 1,400 boxers over the weekend, marking a new record for the number of competitors for a single national event. This tournament is available to all divisions, including Pee Wee, Bantam, Intermediate, Junior, Youth, Elite, and Masters, providing a massive opportunity for boxers of all ages to showcase their talents in the boxing capital of the United States.

“We are incredibly excited to host the 2025 USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival here in Las Vegas, the boxing capital of the world,” said Mike McAtee, USA Boxing CEO/Executive Director. “The future of USA Boxing will be in action throughout the week, and we are ecstatic to watch the talent that embodies the spirit of our organization over the next six days. We have over 1,400 boxers set to compete, 157 officials registered to volunteer their time and a wonderful staff in place to serve our members throughout the week. Additionally, we are incredibly thankful to each of our members who make record breaking events like this possible.”

This week-long event was highlighted by the annual USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival parade, which was conducted on Sunday. Following the conclusion of the parade, which highlighted USA Boxing's future stars, the technical meeting and draw took place, setting the brackets for the upcoming week.

The 2025 USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival will take place from June 16 to June 21 and will consist of two daily sessions from Monday through Thursday, starting at noon and 6 p.m. PT. Friday and Saturday will consist of one session each day, beginning at noon.

Each session throughout the week of the 2025 USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival will be broadcast live, free of charge, on the USA Boxing website, and the USA Boxing YouTube page. Tickets to attend the event are available for purchase at the door for $10 for a day pass, $50 for a week-long pass and $25 to attend solely Saturday’s championship bouts.
