NEW YORK, NY – The landscape of women’s boxing just got a lot more interesting.
Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), the disruptive powerhouse founded by Jake Paul
and Nakisa Bidarian, officially announced yesterday the signing of multi-world
champion and women’s boxing icon, Mikaela Mayer, 22-2-0 (5KO).

Mikaela is at the top of her game….WBAN covered her and 23 other amateur boxers
in Spokane, Washington when she was at the history-first tryouts to be included
into the 2012 Olympics, and she shone even them as she competed to get into the
Olympics for the history-first in the sport.
Mayer (22-2, 5 KOs) has made a very good strategic move by signing with MVP, and
she is at the top of her game in the sport at this time. She will be fighting in
April making a debut with MVPW at this time.

Mayer said in an interview, "I'm thrilled to join Most Valuable Promotions as we continue breaking barriers
and elevating women's boxing to new heights. I''ve always wanted
the biggest and best fights, and MVP's premier roster of women champions creates
incredible opportunities to make those matchups happen. I'm looking forward to
showcasing my skills on some of the biggest platforms in the sport and working
with a passionate, innovative team that believes in the continued growth of
women's boxing.”
Mayer is set to make her highly anticipated MVP debut this April.
“Mikaela is a pure technician and a proven draw,” said Nakisa Bidarian,
co-founder of MVP. “Adding a fighter of her caliber to our roster isn't just a
strategic move; it’s a statement. We are here to make the biggest fights
possible for the fans, and Mikaela is central to that mission.”
WBAN and the boxing community at large congratulate this true top boxer on a
move that promises to deliver interesting and great matchups in the future in
the sport.
