Hall of Fame (IWBHF) is proud to announce that retired multi-world champion
Ronica "Queen" Jeffrey will be formally inducted into the Class of 2026. The
prestigious induction ceremony event will take place on Saturday, October 10,
2026, at the Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jeffrey, a native of Brooklyn, New York, is widely recognized as one of the most
technically gifted and disciplined fighters of her era.

Hernandez at the iconic Gleason’s Gym, she transitioned from fitness enthusiast
to elite competitor.

champion, and the 2006 National PAL champion.
With women’s boxing not yet recognized by the Olympics during her amateur peak,
Jeffrey chose to turn professional in 2008.Throughout her professional career,
Jeffrey captured five major titles, including the IWBF Super Featherweight World
Title, the WIBF, WIBA, WBC Silver, and the NABF Female Super Featherweight
titles.
Known for her ring generalship and defensive prowess, she amassed an impressive
professional record of 17-1-1.
Born in Grenada to parents from Trinidad and Grenada, Jeffrey has balanced her
life as an elite athlete with a commitment to education and health, holding a
degree in Medical Assistance. Her induction into the IWBHF cements her legacy as
a trailblazer for women in the sport and an inspiration to the Brooklyn boxing
community.
The IWBHF induction ceremony will honor Jeffrey alongside other luminaries of
the sport. This event celebrates the pioneers who have paved the way for the
modern era of women’s boxing.
