(SEPT 6) On Saturday night at the Headingley Rugby League Stadium, in Leeds, Yorkshire, United Kingdom, Katie Taylor, 134¾,  of Ireland,  successfully defended her WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO world lightweight titles against Jennifer Han, 134¼, of El Paso, Texas, USA.

It was reported that they fought in front of 20,000 boxing fans.  Final judges scores were 100-89 on all judges scorecards.  Taylor moved her record to 19-0-0 (6KO), and Han is now 18-4-1.

In a post-fight interview, Taylor said, "I want the megafights and to be involved in the biggest fights out there. I'm confident I will end my career as unbeaten and undisputed world champion."

So what should be next for Taylor?

Hopefully boxing fans will FINALLY get to see her fight Amanda Serrano.

After the fight, Eddie Hearn made it clear at DAZN that Katie Taylor will do one more match in December waiting for Amanda Serrano and her team to decide to fight next year in NY Madison Square Garden in what would be in combat biggest of women's boxing in this era.

In a second female bout on the card, bantamweight Ebanie Bridges, 118, of New South Wales, Australia,  won an eight-rounder by points over Mailys Gangloff, 116,   of Aix-les-Bains, Savoie, France.  Bridges moved her record to 7-1-0 (3KO) and Gangloff is 5-3-0 (2KO).
