(JULY 2) If diehard boxing fans want to catch a glimpse of Mia "the Knockout" St. John, they can see her on VH1, "New York Goes to work". She is training  (Tiffany Pollard) "New York" to fight some of prior reality guests who have had some past dealings with her in this segment of this reality series.

Mia did a great job as far as her part of it---although the show itself left much to be desired. After seeing "New York" box in the ring----they may want to send "New York" to disappear into the sunset.

VH1 have repeated showing this segment, so it should be fairly easy to see the show.
