(FEB 2) WBAN has received a
press release that there will be a press conference held today, in
regards to the announcement of Holly Holm's next opponent for the
March 26th card that will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The
release stated the following (excerpt).
Fresquez Productions, Inc. and the Isleta Casino and Resort are
going to publicize Holly Holm's opponent for the WIBA Light
Welterweight Super World Championship. Holm’s opponent will be in
attendance to announce the March 26, 2010 Super World Championship.
The undercard will feature
Victoria “La Reina de la Guerra” Cisneros 3-8-2 who faces off
against Terri “The Road Warrior” Blair in an 8-round Jr.
Welterweight bout. Duke City knockout artist David Proa 7-1, 7
KOs, (fresh off of a 3rd round destruction of undefeated
prospect Adam Ochoa) returns to the ring in a 6 round Super
Bantamweight bout. Undefeated Super Bantamweight prospect Sammy
Piar 1-0, 1 KO makes his return to the ring and Heavyweight
Fernando Reyes also will fight his second bout as a
professional.
