(AUG 26) Latest update on multi-world champion Ria Ramnarine, of Trinidad And Tobago, who has just graduated from the Physical Training Instructor (PTI).  An Exerpt of what Ria said about graduating from this recent accomplishment.

"I Graduated from the PTI course after a telling, demanding and challenging seven and a half months. The course content has provided me with invaluable information that will serve a vital role in my efforts as a coach, trainer and administrator."

"My learning abilities were severely tested but having topped the majority of exams with 90% and above grades (with some 100% in the mix), I can safely say that I literally passed the test."

"While everyone's journey was different yet similar, it is undoubtedly known that mine was vastly different and a lot less similar. I am grateful for the spiritual strength granted by my Deities, Shiva and Saraswati.
