(JUNE 16) Last night, on June 15th,  at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada,  in a women's ten-round bout, former Olympian Mikaela Mayer, of Los Angeles, California, vs. Lizbeth Crespo, of Argentina.  The female bout was on the Tyson Fury vs. Tom Schwarz card, it was televised on ESPN 2 & ESPN+.

Crespo and Mayer battled from the first to the last round throwing punches together, keeping the pressure on in every round. The Judges scores, 100-90, 99-91, 98-92, some thought the scores were a bit lopsided , giving the win to Mikaela Mayer in unanimous decision , in any case this was a win for women's boxing.
