Lightweight Melissa St. Vil, 132, won a four-round majority decision over Jennifer Han, 130.

July 31, 2009 - Saith Park, Trinidad and Tobago
Strawweight Ria Ramnarine Tech.Dec. 9 over Ana Fernandez. Ramnarine won the WBA Interim Straw belt.  Also, Wendy Alleyne UD 4 Mandessa Moses.

Welterweight Eva Halasi TKO'd Jelena Kunic in the fourth round.  In another women's bout, flyweight Fleis Djendji won by a six-round unanimous decision over Nada Miladinov.

Jr. Middleweight Zita Zatyko won by points over Marianna Nagy in a six-round bout.

Ji Hyun Park retained her IFBA strawweight title, after she defeated New Mexico's Jodi Esquibel. The two fought to a 10-round una.decision in favor of Park.

February 24, 2009 - Hollywood Casino, Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi
Welterweight Kimberly Connor TKO'd Kimberly Connor in the third round [1:37] over Dora Baptiste. The bout was scheduled for four rounds.

July 23, 2009 -AIS Arena, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
Lightweight Erin McGowan won a six-round bout by a unanimous decision over Angie Parr.

July 21, 2009 - Centro de Convenciones Atlapa, Panama City, Panama
Super featherweight Melissa Hernandez, 128,  (10-1-2) won over undefeated Ambar Fajardo, 129,  (6-0) of Venezuela for the WBA intercontinental title.  According to Hernandez's team, they reported the following: "Ambar came out strong and focused but she was no match for Melissa.  Round after round the speed and slick style [Hernandez] had Ambar not knowing where to turn. At the sound of the sixth round bell,  Ambar didn't come out to fight giving Melissa the win by TKO." Hernandez won by a fifth round TKO.  "Next up for Melissa is Ana Julaton on August 1st, at the Agua Caliente Casino, Rancho Mirage, California. She will be defending her WIBA 130 lb world title," added Hernandez's team.

Super featherweight Angel McKenzie, 127½, won a four-rounder by points over Lana Cooper, 127½.

Super bantamweight Yesica Marcos, 119¾, KO"d [0:42] Sonia Paladino, 119½, in the seventh round, of a eight round bout.

On the undercard, Jessica Rakoczy, 127.6, won by a third round TKO (1:13) over Jessica Mohs, 134.4, in a non-title six round bout. Rakoczy said after the fight, "“I went in there and did what I had to,” said Rakcozy. “I’m looking to get back in the ring as soon as possible. I feel good and I’m ready to get back into title contention.” The bout was presented by Goossen Tutor Promotions in association with the Tachi Place Casino.

July 11, 2009 - Plaza San Miguel, in Houston, Texas Akondaye Fountain’s Calm Before the Storm Promotions took place.  There were three women's bouts on the card.   The following bouts results:  Women’s Super Bantamweights - 4 rounds - Johanna Mendez (6-0-1, 2 KO) of Houston, TX over Geboria Mayfield (2-4, 1 KO) of Columbus, MS by TKO at 1:54 of the 3rd round. The referee was Sam Garza; Women’s Middleweights - 4 rounds -Vashon Living (1-1, 1 KO) of Houston, TX over April Richards (0-3) of Nashville, TN by TKO at 1:44 of the 2nd round. The referee was Gary Simons; Women’s Light Welterweights - 4 rounds -Tiffany Junot (6-2, 4 KOs) of New Orleans, LA over Nikita McCargo (0-3) of Pine Bluff, AR by TKO at 0:39 of the 1st round. The referee was Sam Garza.

Featherweight Analy Hernandez, 125¾, won by a first round TKO over Betty Vargas, 124¾. The fight was scheduled for 10 rounds.

There were three women's bouts on the card. On the undercard, junior featherweight Dahianna Santana, 122, won by a third round TKO over Agnes Duzond, 119. The bout was scheduled for four rounds. In a second bout, super featherweight Jennifer Encarnacion, 131, won a four-round unanimous decision over Francoise Louisson Ravi, 128. In a third bout, flyweight Marylin Hernandez, 112, won by a second round TKO over Anna Ramirez, 108. The bout was scheduled for four rounds.

Olivia "The Great" Fonseca
, 149, stopped Lisa Bolin, 145.5, in the second round of a scheduled four round welterweight contest. Fonseca (3-2-2, 2 KO) was too fast for the brawling Bolin (2-3, 2 KOs), landing a big left hook to the head and then a left to the body that rendered Bolin defenseless. The bout was stopped at 1:51 of round two. Jackie Davis, 146.5, overcame a first round knockdown to sweep the final three rounds to defeat Rachel Clark, 139.5, by unanimous decision in a four round welterweight bout. Davis (2-0, 1 KO) excelled on the inside, and nearly stopped Clark (2-2-1, 2 KOs) in the final round. All three judges scored 38-37 in favor of Davis.

Super featherweight Chika Mizutani won by a first round TKO over Yang [Yu} Ying. The bout was scheduled for six rounds. *Unsure if this is Yang Yu Ying, or another boxer by the name of Yang Ying.  We will record it under Yang Yu Ying at this time, due to the fact that Mizutani has fought a "Yang Yu Ying" previously. WBAN"

Bantamweight Rosilete Santos won an eight round unanimous decision over Silvia Lescano; in another women's bout, featherweight Jennifer Goncalves Maia won by a fourth round TKO over Lorena Lopez. The bout was scheduled for six rounds.

July 4, 2009  - Parc des expositions, in Vienne, France Nadege Szikora, 116½, won a 10-round unanimous decision over Isabelle Leonardi, 116¾. The two were fighting for the EBU bantamweight title. Final judges scores were 96-94, 97-93, and 95-93. [Logged into master search]

July 4, 2009 - Color Line Arena, in Hamburg, Germany
Susi Kentikian
remained undefeated with a 25-0-0 (16KO) record when she easily defeated challenger Carolina Gutierrez Gaite of Argentina by a 10-round unanimous decision. Kentikian was defending her WBA, WIBF titles. All three judges scored 100-90. In what was considered a controversial split decision, Alesia Graf, of Germany defeated United States Terri Lynn Cruz. The scores were 96-93, 94-95, and 95-94. Graf was knocked down at the end of the 6th round by a perfect right cross by Cruz. She beat the count, which ended two seconds before the bell. The two were fighting for the super flyweight WIBF Title.

Super middleweight Natascha Ragosina, 166, won a 10-round unanimous decision over Laura Ramsey, 164¼. Final judges scores were 98-93, 100-90, and 99-91. Ragosina successfully defended her WBC/WBA super middleweight titles. In another world title bout, super bantamweight Esther Schouten, 121¼, won the vacant WIBF super bantamweight title over Bettina Volker, 120½, by TKO (1:39) of the 10th round. On the undercard, super bantamweight Julia Fikus, 123¼, won by a fourth round TKO over Daniela Dima, 124½.

Lightweight Layla McCarter, 135, won a 10-round unanimous decision over Emiko "Fujin" Raika, 134. The two were fighting for the WBA lightweight title. Final judges scores were 100-90, on all cards.
